This was the perfect time of year for Caylee and Jordan to get married. Its clear they love the fall season for so many reasons. It was this time last year I shot their engagement photos and Caylee wore the boots that Jordan hid her engagement ring in. It wasn’t until Caylee went to put the boots on that she felt something was out of place and Jordan proposed right then and their. I think its safe to say that this is Jordan and Caylee’s favorite time of year. Not only for its beautiful cool weather and the colorful foliage but for Caylee, and especially Jordan, it means football season! Football came up multiple times during the big day.. I loved that the best man said he knew Caylee was the one for Jordan when he heard her talking about which players she should draft for her fantasy football team. Jordan also put the garter around a plastic football to toss to all the single guys.. Ill admit, they were more inclined to catch it this way!
Caylee and the girls were so relaxed all day and even with a few hiccups along the way, Caylee was one of the most laid back brides ever. I had so much fun hanging out with them while they got ready in the morning and I even had the privilege to dance with the bride during the reception! I loved all the little fall touches Caylee and Jordan added to their day. Even with just a few trees changing color, the bright orange and yellow foliage they added to the ceremony was such a great pop of color. Candy apples were the favors for all their guests and leaves were scattered on all the tables.
The best part about my job is being able to reconnect with old friends and share in one of the most important days of their lives. This was the case with Caylee and Jordan and I feel so honored to have had that opportunity. I wish you guys all the best in the world and can’t wait to see what the future holds for you as husband and wife.
